Journeyman’s Food & Drink is the most recent passion project of executive chef Zachary Geerson. The cuisine which can only be explained as Post-modern and globally-inspired, draws from chef Zach and his team diverse cultural background and training. Chef Zach, being of Sicilian descent, uses that and his love for Italian cuisine, as a jumping off point for some dishes and inspiration from his wife, Olivia, who is Thai and Laotian.
Journeyman’s distinguishes itself from other restaurants nearby by fusing modern with classical, working extremes and subtleties, and dancing back-and-forth over the line of others expectations. The beverage and service of Journeyman’s matches the quality of the food. We do not wish to be fine dining in the known context, but offer great food, beverages, and service with a fine mind.
